Powering
g impact
Possibility…
ignited.
Built on decades of experience, deep expertise and hard-
won legacies, Orkka was formed with a shared conviction: to
be the packaging partner enterprises actually need. Bringing
together strategy, governance and execution under one roof,
at the scale and sophistication enterprise demands.
Good packaging goes beyond commodity. It drives
performance, simplifies operations and creates meaningful
impact across people, profit and the planet. That’s what
enterprises need and what we’re built to deliver at scale.
As your dedicated strategic packaging partner, we
define and govern how packaging performs across your
business, integrating specification, supply and performance
accountability into one. More control, more predictability,
more security. Operations run smoother, procurement
has clarity and leadership has confidence. And customer
promises kept, consistently.
Packaging isn’t
our endgame.
Performance is.
Results, by design.
Lasting advisory
Better decisions start earlier. We clarify objectives, identify
where performance is won or lost and set the standards
needed to scale with confidence.
Unified operations
We think system-wide. Every variable: people, materials,
machinery, processes, aligned to deliver consistent
performance at scale.
Deliberate control
Consistent performance is managed, not assumed. We bring
clear specifications, repeatable processes and disciplined
control to every site.
Repeatable growth
We stay involved, review what’s working, resolve issues at
root cause and refine ways of working as conditions change.
Performance improves over time, not just at the start.

Packaging isn’t a commodity
Unit cost (Traditional)
Most suppliers stop at price. We don’t. Our approach identifies savings
across every layer of your packaging operation, from specification and
application through to labour, automation and regulatory compliance.
Where we find the value
Optimising packaging specification, improving labour productivity, reducing
total cost through automation, increasing application efficiency, cutting waste
and over-use, reducing damage and returns costs, rationalising SKUs and
mitigating EPR cost exposure.
Every layer builds on the last. The result is a savings picture that goes well
beyond price.

CASE STUDY ONE
A leading paving and building products company was
dealing with excessive plastic waste, inefficient wrapping
processes and rising costs, all driven by an outdated pallet-
wrapping machine.
Inefficiency at every turn
The existing machine couldn’t pre-stretch film before
application, meaning more film was needed per pallet,
energy consumption was higher and load containment
was poor. The knock-on effects were significant: more
frequent material purchases, increased downtime from
machine changeovers, higher electricity costs and a growing
volume of plastic waste working against the company’s
environmental goals.
Precision, installed.
We replaced the machine with a high-performance
automatic pallet wrapper with a rotary arm, designed for the
precision and throughput the operation required. Alongside
it, we introduced a high-performance machine film
engineered to maximise stretch yield, improve load stability
and reduce waste.
Performance, measured.
Stretch film yield increased by over 220%, effectively turning
one metre of film into more than three. Annual film usage
dropped by 78.3%, from 16,881 kg to 3,663 kg. Pallet
wrapping costs reduced by over 87% per year. And the
environmental impact was equally significant: truck miles
reduced by over 26,000 and water consumption cut by the
equivalent of 121 large fuel tankers.
87% cost saving.
78% material
reduction.
Every year.
CASE STUDY TWO
A global 3PL operating across 100+ European sites needed
a packaging partner that could embed at scale, drive
measurable savings and operate as a seamless extension of
their team.
Cost compounding quietly
Packaging SKUs had proliferated across the estate, creating
inefficiency, inconsistency and unnecessary spend. With no
standardised approach across sites, savings opportunities
were being missed and senior leadership had little visibility
of performance.
Embedded, not just appointed
Selected through a competitive process, we placed funded
on-site delivery teams operating in client uniform across the
estate. Through our packaging consultancy approach, we
identified £750,000 in achievable annual savings across
material costs, usage, labour and environmental impact.
Cross-category collaboration reduced UK pallet wrap SKUs
from 20 to 3, and a monthly reporting cadence kept senior
leadership informed throughout.
The numbers that changed everything
Six months in, we’re on track to deliver £770,000 in savings
in year one alone. Over £2m in verified cumulative savings
have been delivered since 2022, and the partnership has
since expanded across Europe, now supporting 100+ sites.
One partner.
100+ sites.
£2m saved.
Good for business.
Good for the planet.
Sustainability isn’t a footnote to how we work. It’s the foundation.
Every decision, from how we source and audit our supply chain to how
we help customers reduce waste, is held to the same standard we apply
to ourselves first: carbon neutral certified, ISO 14001 accredited and
continuously improving across waste, energy and emissions.
Our supply chain is built on transparency, with partners independently
audited for ethical practices, fair pay and environmental responsibility. And
we bring that same rigour to our customers, identifying where packaging
can be leaner, less wasteful and more sustainable without sacrificing
performance.
Good business and doing good go hand in hand.
